• Buy, receive, or sell the personal information of 50,000 or more California residents, households, or devices; or
• Derive 50% or more of their annual revenue from selling California residents’ personal information.

Milagen, Inc. does not actively collect or keep personally identifiable data about website visitors EXCEPT for what visitors may submit in Contact Forms. Such information is not sold, but may be shared with outside parties if needed in the course of normal business activities.

Milagen website is hosted by GoDaddy, Inc. and makes use of GoDaddy cookies, which allows us to see aggregated, nonpersonal information such as number of website visitors, optimize how fast the site loads, and send metrics related to third party integrations.
